We have been on a road a bit this past week. Last Saturday we took a day trip to Rye, just Mommy, David and Nana. Then on Wednesday the whole family went back for a few nights. It was short lived, but this was our summer vacation. I guess with 3 kids now, this is as good as it gets! We went to visit Daddy's family that was out from CA, here they are below.
We had a great time hanging out at the beach, it was Cate and James first time to the beach and they had a blast! You can just see the excitement on their faces.... 
David really liked it and spent a lot of time in the water. His new fun thing was picking the barnacles or as he liked to call them, snails, off the rocks and throw them back into the water....

We had such a great time. David loved the beach and the water. Mommy and Daddy were able to enjoy a few lobster dinners and more importantly spend some time with Daddy's family. The weather was wonderful and we were pleased to know that traveling with three children can be done..... With a lot of patience and even more prayers (and maybe just a little bit of vodka!)
